All orders are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. A default in order may result in exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the purchased item.

Orders are captured once the order is placed. In-store pick-up is accessible 24c hours after purchase. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important dates. Orders may take between 5-15 business days to process before shipping out, this does not include pre-ordered items. In fewer cases, processing times may be extended due to high demand, personal and/or world events such as Covid19, weather conditions, International closers, and etc. Any error in products is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email is automatically sent containing the tracking number. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating processing/shipping times.
